About Us

Institut Pengurus Harta dan Fasiliti Malaysia [Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers] (MIPFM) formerly known as Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers (MIPPM) was founded in 2011 through the spirit of cooperation and professional commitment by the private practitioners to promote the role of Property Managers, Asset Manager and Facilities Manager in Malaysia. The Mission Statement of MIPFM also include upholding the integrity of the profession, to upkeep and promote the development of the profession.

In line with this, MIPPM provides a forum for promotion of any cause common to the business interest of members to sustain honorable practice, to discourage malpractice and to encourage actively strict observance of the Code of Ethics and the Code of Professional Conduct prescribed by the Institute. In qualifying members, the Institute promotes education, training and holds examinations.





The programme is available from 1 June 2026 until 31 December 2026, with a registration fee of RM250.00 nett.

Participants who attend and complete the course will receive the RRP Certificate issued by BOVEAP / LPEPH. Upon completion of the programme, the organiser, MIPFM, will submit the attendance record and participant list to the Board for certificate processing.

Steps to check your RRP Certificate:

  1. Enter your NRIC number.
  2. Enter password: abc123.
  3. Select “RRP”.

The RRP Certificate must be included when applying for the renewal of the REN Number / REN Tag. This renewal process must be completed through each participant’s respective agency.

Please note that only RENs with expiry in 2026 are required to attend the RRP course for renewal in 2027.
